These service notes describe the use of the website and the basic request and delivery logic of GGC Logistics. They do not replace final lawyer-reviewed terms and conditions.
2. Service description
GGC Logistics provides courier and light delivery services within the scope of Anna Momeni’s registered trade, Botendienst, GISA No. 39241467.
3. Live price and manual confirmation
A live price or automatic price calculation on the website does not by itself constitute final acceptance of a delivery order. Actual delivery may depend on availability, address, delivery type, time window, operational feasibility and manual confirmation.
4. Supported delivery cases
GGC Logistics focuses on documents, small parcels, personal deliveries, local shop deliveries, light business deliveries and planned first-mile / last-mile workflows.
5. Unsupported delivery cases
Unsupported cases include dangerous goods, prohibited items, air cargo, freight forwarding, heavy transport, pallet freight, warehousing, temperature-critical or specially regulated deliveries unless expressly and lawfully confirmed otherwise.
6. Customer data and address information
Users are responsible for providing complete and correct pickup and drop-off addresses, contact details, delivery details and special instructions.
7. Acceptance or rejection of delivery requests
GGC Logistics may reject delivery requests if they are not operationally, legally, time-wise or safety-wise suitable.
8. Restrictions
GGC Logistics is not an air cargo operator, cargo airline or freight forwarder and does not operate its own air cargo, warehousing, heavy transport or fleet infrastructure.
9. Prices, payment and confirmation process
